The place was newly remodelled, with its AMICABLE staff at the reception desk. Location: the hotel was short walk to underground convenient store `` Crysta Nagahori '', two subway stations and the main shopping street of Shinsaibashi and train station. I tried some drinks at bar Shunsai Kokomi, located 5 minutes walk away.

Great location, friendly service, and spacious room. I had a great weekend at this hotel located in a vibrant area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and subway stations nearby. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always available to answer any questions. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and an immaculate bathroom. the hotel had a relaxing vibe and was quiet, making my stay even more pleasant.

Limited English, noisy surroundings, and subpar breakfast. Although the staff was friendly, their limited English made communication difficult at times.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are clean and well-maintained. I particularly liked the small bathroom with a balcony, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.

My stay was ok, but there is room for improvement.

Located in a bustling area near shops, restaurants, and Nagahoribashi subway station, the hotel's location was convenient. Daimaru department store was nearby too. the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. They also served a good breakfast buffet.

The soundproofing of the hotel was poor, and the noise from the hallway could be heard clearly.

Great location near shopping, train stations, and local eateries. Breakfast buffet had a huge range of food and drinks. Spotless and cozy room with professional and accommodating staff.

    Nothing, all was good.

The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and even have a small bathroom with a balcony, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

We stayed during Thanksgiving and the complimentary pie and coffee in the morning was a sweet surprise. the hotel's location is perfect - very close to the subway station and just a short walk away from the shopping district and good restaurants. the beds were comfortable and cozy.

The rooms could definitely use some improvement. the bathroom felt cramped and looked like it was added on at a later time.

Despite being a budget-friendly option, it still manages to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail is commendable. From the clean and well-maintained rooms to the helpful and friendly staff, every aspect of this hotel reflects a commitment to guest satisfaction. Lastly, the location is fantastic, conveniently situated near the 長堀橋 station. This makes it easy to explore the city and enjoy the nearby attractions and amenities.

All was satisfactory, leaving no room for improvement.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money. Despite being located in a somewhat unconventional area, the prices are extremely reasonable. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive. I particularly appreciated the small touches like a balcony and two single beds, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They were always friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient. The rooms, although small, were well-equipped, with a small bathroom and even a wall-mounted TV.

In terms of improvements, there was really nothing to complain about. Everything was ok.

We had a great stay at Quintessa Hotel in Osaka. The location was perfect, close to the subway and within walking distance of Dotombori. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The hotel itself was new and the bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and attractions. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Osaka.
